Milan’s full calendar for September including confirmed Venezia date and time

September is upon us, and for many clubs it can already become season-defining. AC Milan are looking to fight on multiple fronts, and some tough commitments await each team.

The official website have provided a confirmation of the calendar that awaits in the coming month for Paulo Fonseca’s side plus Daniele Bonera’s Futuro team, Federico Guidi’s Primavera and Suzanne Bakker’s Rossonere.

First team

Starting with the men’s first team, there will be an international break and then four important fixtures and all at San Siro. Home games in the Champions League and Serie A, against Venezia, Liverpool and Lecce await, as well as the derby away to Inter.

Serie A

Milan Futuro

After the official debuts in the Coppa Italia and Serie C, Milan Futuro’s season steps up in September with six league games. Things get going immediately with the game against Carpi, the historic first home game, followed by other clashes with expert sides. An interesting test.

Women’s team

September also gets going quickly for Suzanne Bakker’s Rossonere who will start their Serie A campaign away to Como Women. Followed by, after the break, home games against Fiorentina and Lazio with the derby away in between.

Milan Primavera

First the break, then Guidi’s Rossoneri will be ready to dive back into the Primavera 1 and the UEFA Youth League. Three games coming up this month, two at home against Empoli and Cesena and the derby away.

  1. Unless Fonseca finds a miracle cure during the break, Liverpool and Inter will be massive losses. At this point the management will HAVE to make a decision.
