The Ardon Jashari saga is getting its latest update it seems, with AC Milan set to start discussions again with Club Brugge.
In the past few weeks, Milan have refused to change their offer to Brugge, sticking to the ‘final offer’ tagline. However, that may now change, it seems, with a new round of talks scheduled regarding the midfielder’s future.

New talks scheduled
According to Matteo Moretto, the Rossoneri are ready to ‘make a new attempt’ for the midfielder, implying that a new offer could be made, with the aim of bringing the price up from their last official offer.
The route to Jashari is ‘still alive’, which certainly bodes well and the midfielder’s head has never turned; he still only wants Milan. With the Belgian outfit signing a new defensive midfielder, the door may open to finally allow Jashari’s sale.
New contacts are scheduled in to discuss the situation, with the hope of unlocking a deal. After all, it has taken long enough. Of course, if the Diavolo raise their bid, it would be the second instance in as many summers where the club have paid more than they hoped for a midfielder.
Considering Jashari has been the only target for the position, though, sometimes it is just better to bite the bullet.
Apparently Shinter and Brugge have reached a deal for Aleksandar Stanković. So “IF” that was the reason to stall for Jashari, this one is done.
This is possibly the longest transfer negotiation I’ve ever seen. While I don’t think we should raise the offer, if it really means we get the deal done, so be it. I think CB will play dirty.
I don’t agree with paying 40 million, but if this is the guy they want, then just pay it and move on already. It’s already the end of July, new guys need preseason.

If you pay 40 for hum and then pay 25 for a right back, ACPoor wont have enough funds for a striker.
We might have to settle for a lesser profile in the CF position then. We can definitely pay the 40m, it will just mean we have less for the CF and the RB. Well, operating constraints distinguish reality from simulation in the end.
If the striker is not Osimhen or a lesser profile like Lucca, of course they are all gone.
So therefore, I wouldn’t mind getting a lesser profile to compete with Gimenez at this point.
All the names like Nunez and Boniface are similar type of players to Gimenez so I have my reservations. We need a penalty area type of striker as rightly stated in the identikit for our striker hunt.
I think Milan should have signed him about 3 weeks ago so that he can take part in pre season routine,he loves Milan & I believe this would be a signing to be happy about in a months time..
