CM.it: Milan joined by Inter and Real Madrid in targeting €30m Arsenal defender

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are on the lookout for a new centre-back and have targeted Marseille’s William Saliba, but they face strong competition to land him.

Saliba is currently on a season-long loan at Marseille from Arsenal, but that hasn’t stopped his entourage from offering his services to other clubs. In fact, an intermediary was at Casa Milan in January as MilanNews published a video of Oscar Damiani leaving the headquarters having offered Saliba to the Rossoneri.

According to Calciomercato.it, Saliba has become a target for both Milan clubs as Inter are also keen on signing him, with the Gunners ready to ask for €30m at least at the end of the season in order to sell him.

Niang Djibril, his agent, continues to forge relationships with many clubs and Inter are among them, but Real Madrid are also closely following the 20-year-old defender and they asked Arsenal for information, as well as in Marseille who hope to be able to keep him next season.
