ESPN: Milan, Juventus and Atletico Madrid eyeing 66-goal Arsenal striker with uncertain future

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are one of the clubs interested in signing Alexandre Lacazette once his contract with Arsenal expires, according to a report.

ESPN are reporting that Lacazetta has no contract offer from the Gunners as he has entered the final year of his existing deal at the Emirates. The 30-year-old has gone from being a star man to being somewhat of an afterthought as has made just two substitute appearances this season.

Mikel Arteta publicly pledged to resolve Lacazette’s future over the summer but there seems to be no progress in talks which has alerted various clubs to his potential availability, given he will be free to talk to overseas clubs directly from January.

Atletico Madrid have always been keen on signing the former Lyon man but Juventus, Milan and Sevilla are also monitoring the situation as per the report. He has scored 66 goals in 172 appearances for the Gunners, having cost them €53m.
