AC Milan are interested in signing young striker Tommaso Mancini from Vicenza who has been compared to Zlatan Ibrahimovic, a report claims.
Today’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews), Milan have got the 17-year-old centre-forward Mancini in their sights given how impressive he has been for Vicenza’s Primavera side. He made the jump up at a younger age than most, and netted 10 times in 13 games for them in the league last season.
He has even made his senior debut for Vicenza, making eight appearances for them but not scoring yet. The paper adds that he would initially be added to Ignazio Abate’s Primavera side with the Rossoneri.
However, Milan will have to beat the competition from Juventus and Empoli who have also targeted the young striker, who has been compared to Zlatan Ibrahimovic because of his physical mould and the way that he plays. He is certainly one to keep an eye on.
