VoetbalNieuws: Milan among teams interested in Canada’s World Cup dribble king

AC Milan are one of the clubs who have been mentioned as having an interest in signing Club Brugge winger Tajon Buchanan.

According to VoetbalNieuws, Buchanan is attracting the interest of several clubs around Europe after a positive World Cup with Canada, who nonetheless were eliminated in the group stages.

Buchanan completed a total of 26 dribbles, a number that currently puts him in seventh place behind players like Hirving Lozano (Mexico, 26), Christian Pulisic (United States, 33), Kylian Mbappe (France, 33), Angel Di Maria (Argentina, 41), Lionel Messi (Argentina, 57) and Jamal Musiala (Germany, 57).

The report cites the Canadian source TSN who recently reported that several teams from England, Spain, Germany and France are closely monitoring the 23-year-old, who has one goal and one assist in eight league appearances for Club Brugge this season.

However, they also cite Italian sources in claiming that Juventus and Milan are keen on Buchanan, as are SSC Napoli too. The Rossoneri have of course already done recent business with Brugge, signing Charles De Ketelaere over the summer for over €30m.
