CM: Juventus offer Milan €40m deal for winger – talks with agent take place

By Oliver Fisher -

There was an abundance of rumours on Thursday that AC Milan are exploring a deal for Dejan Kulusevski, but they appear destined to be quickly extinguished.

According to Calciomercato.com, Kulusevski has indeed entered Paolo Maldini’s radar and the purchase of Dusan Vlahovic plus the desire of Juve to also sign a midfielder has pushed the Swede towards an exit. Despite Federico Chiesa’s injury, the former Parma star not carved out a prominent role in Max Allegri’s side and is considered sellable.

Juventus even offered Milan a two-year paid loan of €5m with a mandatory obligation to buy set at €35m, which is the figure they paid (plus bonuses) two years ago in January 2020 to sign him from Parma.

There were talks between agent of the 21-year-old forward and Milan, but only in the next few hours it will be possible to understand if this approach can turn into a real negotiation. The €35m request remains too high for the Rossoneri anyway, but stances could change.

  1. Milan will never pay 40 million for him.

Honestly, he is not worth 40 million now, in fact he has been so shitty in Juve, he is probably worth less than what they paid Parma.

Don’t get me wrong he is good, and I do believe he would be a good fit and Pioli would make him even better, but right now his market value is just not that high.

    1. Probably worth less? DEFINITELY worth less now than before moving to Juve. 6 month loan for 1-2M€ and an option to buy for 25M€. Take it or leave it. 🙂

  2. Fuck no piss off kulsevski Milan’s management are retards if they spend (45 million) when we can get a 10x better player faivre. He is better on the ball , breaks the line with speed and is a perfect fit able to play RW/CAM for only (15 million) come on milan

  3. Yeah no. He got one more year contract with Juve so buying him right now for 30-40 million is stupid.

Milan must learn the lesson from Higuain, Bonucci, and Caldara, all ex Juve, which was a big waste of money.

Just loan him but NOT buy. Let Juve keeps bleeding and wasting money for big purchase until they go bankrupt.

    1. Apparently it’s impossible for them to go bankrupt, or get in trouble for FFP, unlike Milan. Juventus is more in the red and yet are able to sign one player for 75m.

  4. The thing is for another RW total of 40M is too much. Can he play CAM or CM/CDM double pivot? Or can we place Rebic or Messias in CAM? He could be interesting but the fee is too high. I hope they negotiate.

    1. Yeah, he can play CAM, RW, LW and all the way forward, your point? 😀 The problem is his price, as he isn’t worth that right now.

      1. I was asking if he can play those positions because i didnt know.thank you for answering my question. I agree the fee is too high
