AC Milan defender Alessio Romagnoli has a new suitor who are willing to offer him the chance to stay in Italy, a report claims.
Speaking on Sky (via MilanNews), Gianluca Di Marzio has given the latest news on Romagnoli, whose contract expires at the end of the season. At the moment there seems to be little chance of him renewing with the Rossoneri and extending his seven-year spell at the club, leading to speculation about where he might end up.
He may not have to even move houses, as Di Marzio claims that the familiar face of Adriano Galliani would like to try and enter the race to sign Romagnoli. The player has not yet signed for Lazio and does not have an agreement with Milan, so the ex-Rossoneri CEO would like to understand if there are the margins to sign him for Monza.
They have just been promoted from Serie B under the guise of owner Silvio Berlusconi and Galliani, with their objective to stay in the top flight and build.
It’s not a team that will be fighting for Euro cups any time soon, but he would be a starter there. Would give him a chance to rekindle his career and maybe in a year or two jump to one of the big teams, play in Europe and for NT too.
If all else fails, this is not that bad imo.
Clear no! Maybe Caldara.
But, “Uncle Fester” is back! 🙆🏻♂️😁
