Randal Kolo Muani of France

GdS: Milan priced out as Man Utd target Eintracht Frankfurt star worth €60m+

AC Milan could well be priced out of the race to sign Randal Kolo Muani as interest from the Premier League continues to gather, a report claims.

According to what is being reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews), the French centre-forward – who has 14 goal contributions in 14 Bundesliga games for Eintracht Frankfurt – would be tempted by a transfer to the Premier League.

There are in fact several English clubs on his trail after his performances for Eintracht but also after his outings at the World Cup with France, with Manchester United above all the team keen on the 24-year-old.

Kolo Muani is a player that has been on Milan’s radar both before moving to Germany and recently after the World Cup, but now he has a value of €60m and Eintracht do not want to sell until at least June. With a price tag like that, it seems difficult to imagine the Rossoneri competing.

  1. Milan are priced out in almost all player transfers of that quality/cost.
Guys don’t you all see what is going on? Redbird has a different agenda than injecting cash for transfers. They keep on mentioning the new stadium and the revenue from that project. That will last at least five years from the starting date (which is unknown off course).
AC Milan cannot be funded from merchandise sold outside the Yankee stadium nor can we wait minimum five years for the stadium to be built…..

    1. Elliott and RedBird have been injecting funds into the club since 2018.
The club doesn’t make profits, they lose money every year. The money lost are less and less every year but they are still running losses.
RedBird or Elliott invested 50 million over the summer. For Serie A standards that’s pretty good investment. Not many, if any Serie A clubs spent more money than Milan over the summer. Especially not without selling players as Milan did.
The issue isn’t how much money (50 mil) was provided for the mercato but that that money was poorly invested. Milan has gotten absolutely nothing from their 50 million investment last summer.
Don’t compare yourself with Epl clubs or the big clubs from Spain Germany and PSG. Milan comps are serie A clubs

      1. Finally someone gets it. I’m so tired ppl.bashing Redbird and the club for not spending when clearly we’re short of money each season between bring in less than we spend and that includes wages and transfer fees. We dont make as much as people think. Last year if we’re losing $65 mil, it means we’re short that money which Elliot/Redbird has to put in on top of money needed to renew contracts and sign players. Realistically in business terms one would sell an asset eg Leao to cover the losses (and that’s without buying anyone in return). That’s how bad our financial situation is. But fans are buy this buy that like little children

First of all, owners cannot “inject cash for transfers” due to FFP issues.

At least 5 years? Naaah, not really. The mayor of San Sesto Giovanni has been saying that once the agreement is done, their estimate is that in 18 months the new stadium could be in use already.

But if Milan keep in insisting staying in San Siro, it will be 2030 before they even have the permission to start building.

  2. Milan is going very slowly 🐌. We have low commercial and serie a TV revenue, which affects ac milan transfermarkt. If Milan spend 30 mil like for Charles, for one player, that player must play very good in the same season. It is very risky for Milan to pay expensive players like that .

  3. I think management should make fans polling about which players to be signed. so not just one sided decision about signing players
