Repubblica: Milan are missing the goals of three players who must start firing again

AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli has seen his attack struggle in recent weeks and he needs four of his reliable goal scorers to start firing, a report claims.

In the last six games across league and cup Milan have scored just four goals and the goal crisis seems to have gripped the forwards in particular, because the last two Rossoneri scorers were Kalulu and Bennacer.

According to this morning’s edition of La Repubblica (via MilanNews), Milan are missing the goals of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Franck Kessie and Ante Rebic a lot at the moment, who last year were the top scorers of the team in Serie A with 15, 13 and 11 respectively.

This season they are currently on 8, 5 and 2 goals respectively which shows they have declined from a production point of view. Olivier Giroud and Rafael Leao each have double figures across all competitions, but they too have found goals tough to come by in recent weeks.
