Ardon Jashari wants to join AC Milan this summer, but there is some negotiating to do before a deal with Club Brugge is reached.
Calciomercato.com report that the negotiations over Jashari are proving to be ‘long and tiring’. The Rossoneri are spending a significant amount of energy on the Swiss player, aware of the fact that the Belgian club has always been an expensive shop and a tough nut to crack.

Jashari to Milan
Milan have already received the green light from Jashari and in the last few hours there have been direct contact between Igli Tare and the sporting director of Club Brugge. The reason for this conversation? To understand if there was room to lower the economic demands.
After an offer of €27m plus €5m in bonuses, Brugge made it clear they intend to receive €40m, or close to it. Milan are ready to make a new bid of €35m including bonuses, an offer that will be evaluated, with Borussia Dortmund now also a contender.
The Bundesliga side have the financial strength to put in a big bid as well, after the sale of Jamie Bynoe-Gittens to Chelsea which will take place in the coming days for a figure of around €65m. Milan have been warned.

I’m not saying Milan doesn’t have attraction but Dortmund have helped many a young career and have a better recent track record, so that would be their pitch.
However, signing Jobe Bellingham means they probably don’t have room for Jashari immediately, so that’s the thing most in our favour.

Well, if I were Jashari, I would go to Dortmund. Very good place for youngsters to develop and potentially go to world class club.
Milan is not predictable place to be in as a young player to develop.
Since I am not Jashari, I want him to join our club.
In general, there is nothing to worry about DM position.
We already got Ricci and Fofana for that position, I would rather prioritize Xhaka.
We need one experienced player for each department. We need one experienced striker to teach Gimenez + Modric is going to orchestrate the attacking part of midfielders and Xhaka to control defensive part of midfielders. One experienced defender would win us the scudetto realistically (if everyone click with each other throughout the season)
before that we need quality fullbacks…
Fofana is more of and 8 than a 6 so adding Jashari would be ideal.

I am not sure about him as 8 though. His passing and vision are nowhere near number 8 characteristics.

Dortmund aren’t a world class club. They’re good at developing young players, but are serial chockers. Brugge to Dortmund isn’t a step up, it’s a sideways step. Milan will always challenge for titles, Dortmund won’t.
Unless you count Supercoppa and Coppa Italia as challenging for a title, it’s been a while since we challenged for a title whereas Dortmund got very close to win the 2022/23 Bundesliga, plus they’re currently in the UCL while we aren’t.
Plus, by going to Dortmund, he’s almost guaranteed to land in a big EPL or la Liga club next if he lives to the expectations. Dortmund sold many big players like Haaland and Bellingham (also Pulišić something like 6 years ago), so I think big clubs trust products coming from them.

Like they did with CDK. Milan paid at the end around 35€ and CDK was flop and sold cheaper to Atalanta.
I think we should stop chasing him. He might be a good player just like CDK but he could be not good for us. Paying a lot of money for someone who is not yet familiar with serie A for doesn’t make sense. I prefer that we focus on Leoni
