From France: Milan could bolster attack by signing €15m-rated son of former player

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are one of the teams interested in signing winger Justin Kluivert who is on loan at OGC Nice from Roma, according to a report.

There are several unknowns about Milan’s right wing position heading into the summer given the inconsistency of the on-loan Junior Messias and Alexis Saelemaekers’ recent struggles to find form, so there could well be a new signing that comes in.

Milan always have an eye on the French market and according to Nice-Matin (via LaMinuteOM), the Rossoneri are keen on signing Justin Kluiver, the son of former Milan player Patrick Kluivert who is currently at Nice and is capable of acting both as a winger on the right and on the left, but also as an attacking midfielder.

He has a contract expiring in 2023 and is also attracting interest from Napoli and Marseille. The cost of the 23-year-old could be around €15m for Kluivert, who has scored 3 goals and provided 4 assists in 19 appearances this season.

  1. I’m sure guys see the pattern here. The management is screwing with the fans. From Nao Lang to Berardi, to Ludovic Blas, now to Kluivert. Next will be a 17 year old from Serie B. Although some Serie B players have better stats in their league than Kluivert has this season.

The club doesn’t see why we need to buy the decent players, except you are a defender of course, so we can secure a string of draws when our attack fails to score.

Let’s just stick with the garbage we currently have and hope they grow better together, and can keep us in the Champions league spots after every season. That’s the management’s objective, not Trophies.

One might argue that we are still topping the league, but with the recent showings, there’s nothing that indicates that we are going to remain there till the end of the season if Napoli and Inter don’t drop points.

    1. Dude ,it is just rumour. Don’t believe all crap rumour so serious. The only trusted journalist/reporter are Anto vitiello from milanews and fabrizio Romano from sky sport.

      1. Well I know they are rumours, but don’t forget that the Messias news last summer was also a rumour until we saw the dude arrive at the Milanello, and Maldini stated that “Junor Messias is a profile they had been monitoring for a long time”. Let that sink in.
