CM: Milan negotiating to secure early arrival of Saint-Etienne teenager

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are pushing to try and secure the arrival of another goalkeeper after Devis Vasquez arrived from Club Guarani, a report claims.

According to Calciomercato.com, Milan are pressing for Noah Raveyre of Saint-Etienne and the negotiation can be described as ‘very hot’. The Rossoneri are continuing to work on the goalkeeping department for the future and are not satisfied with just the arrival of Vazquez.

The 2005-born Raveyre is the profile identified by directors Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara as an exciting name for the future, and they have been in contact with his agents for months, but now the goal is to close the deal.

Contacts are expected today between the Milan management and Saint-Etienne to try to reach a definitive agreement. Raveyre’s contract expires at the end of the season, so to let him leave immediately the French club want compensation.

The amount they want is too high, but Milan intend to reduce the distance by inserting bonuses and a percentage on future resale. After Maignan, another Frenchman could arrive for the goalkeeping department.
