AC Milan may be set for some substantial changes to their goalkeeping department in view of next season, according to a report.
Mike Maignan has not had much luck since joining Milan as he missed a crucial stretch of last season following surgery on his wrist, and he is not expected to return for Milan until after the World Cup after suffering a new calf injury, one different to the issue that had kept him out of each game since the win at Empoli.

Corriere dello Sport (via MilanNews) reports that Maignan’s injury has forced the management to make new reflections on the goalkeeping department and they could make some changes ahead of the 2023 summer window.
They are thinking of possibly signing a young profile to be used as deputy to Maignan, which would also be influenced by the fact Ciprian Tatarusanu’s contract expires next June as does Antonio Mirante’s, and there is a chance only one or neither reviews.

We need someone new ASAP somehow; but in the meantime I think Mirante should play over Tata.
Tata is terrible coming off his line. Not aggressive enough and so many aerial balls coming into the box from crosses or corner kicks Mike would easily grab, most other GKs would easily grab, and he gets almost none. So we should get possession and possible counter attacks with a good aggressive goal keeper with speedy guys like Theo or Leao to outlet to; but our offense is damaged from Tata’s lack of aggressiveness and speed.
Also, his passing out of the back is awful. We don’t keep possession many times because instead of making an easy simple pass, under no pressure by opposing defenders, he kicks it long to the other team over and over again. We lose possession that way and it hurts our offense and lessens our chances to score.
Yea dB wrote the right point Mirante used to play good in Roma why not use him instead of Tata
Bring back Donna for the bench. He’s used to sitting on it in France anyway.
Dollarumma actually played the most games of all the GK in the top leagues this year.
