AC Milan are not expected to make any more goalkeeping signings in January following the arrival of Devis Vasquez, a report claims.
As has been reported by Corriere dello Sport (via Milan News), the Rossoneri are not going to try and bring Atalanta goalkeeper Marco Sportiello to the club in January.
They have blocked the Italian and he is ready to join the club, but he is out of contract at the end of this season so Milan will wait until then to sign him for free, rather than pay La Dea a fee this month.
Vasquez arrived at the club at the beginning of January which means that Stefano Pioli has Ciprian Tatarusanu, Antonio Mirante and Vasquez fit, with Mike Maignan working hard to come back from his injury.
It is assumed that both Mirante and Tatarusanu will be leaving the club at the end of the season and the three goalkeepers for 2023/24 will be Maignan, Sportiello and Vasquez.
