AC Milan have been offered Ajax defender Noussair Mazraoui whose contract will expire at the end of the season, a report claims.
According to this morning’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews), a new name for the defence has emerged in the last few days as the Rossoneri have been credited with interest in Mazraoui, a right-back whose contract runs out in June.
His entourage have offered him to Milan as they look to find an agreement with his next club, while his agent is Mino Raiola. The player is one that the management appreciate and for this reason there are ongoing evaluations about the opportunity.
It can be confirmed therefore that the Mazraoui track was not rejected, and we will see in the coming weeks if he will turn into a real negotiation or not. What his signing would mean for the future of Alessandro Florenzi also remains to be seen.
Florenzi would have been a better choice
It seems he has better stats and younger. If the wage is fine maybe he’s better choice for full back than florenzi or ballo toure.
If his wages are low, buy and sell him for capital gains. Don’t let him stay long or Raiola will start demanding outrageous wages and Milan will not be able to avoid letting him go for free. Meanwhile, sign Florenzi.
