AC Milan left it late but they ensured it was a great evening in the capital as they came from behind to beat Lazio 2-1 at the Stadio Olimpico.
Milan kicked off the second half of their game against Lazio last night facing arguably the biggest test of their character all season. They trailed 1-0 to an early Ciro Immobile goal and needed a turnaround, and they came back to win thanks to Olivier Giroud’s equaliser and Sandro Tonali’s 92nd-minute winner.
