AC Milan’s Scudetto win last season saw them achieve a number of bonuses in their agreements with sponsors PUMA and Emirates, a report claims.

MilanNews report that the league title brought about a whole series of advantages and economic benefits also linked to the main sponsors of Milan thanks to some bonuses and clauses, which were activated after being crowned champions.

The amounts of Milan’s main economic partnerships with Emirates and PUMA in the 2021-22 season increased, as the German sportswear brand saw their fee go from €14.2m to €15m, while for the airline it went from €13.1 to €15.5m.

From next January the new agreement with PUMA of €30m per year will come into force until 30 June 2028, while with Emirates the parties are moving towards a new multi-year agreement that will be worth €30-35m per season, with the one currently in place set to expire in June 2023.
