Tuttosport: Milan firmly in race for €40m-rated Bremer – three potential counterparts emerge

By Oliver Fisher -

Torino defender Gleison Bremer is attracting the interest of many different clubs around Europe and AC Milan are among them, a report claims.

This morning’s edition of Tuttosport (via MilanNews) reports that ‘Everyone is crazy’ about Bremer and their president Urbano Cairo knows that he should be able to command a sizeable figure from the sale of the 24-year-old centre-back.

He has currently set a valuation of around €40m for clubs in Italy and will ask for a bit more from teams in England and Germany, with Bayern Munich now having joined the race while the Serie A clubs interested have so far bid up to €30m, including bonuses.

The advantage of Italian teams is the use possible counterparts because Juventus could offer Mandragora who is worth €9m, Milan could propose prospects such as Marko Lazetic, Lorenzo Colombo or Matteo Gabbia, while Inter could offer up Andrea Pinamonti even if he seems destined to be sent to Sassuolo in exchange for Scamacca and/or Frattesi.
