AC Milan are contemplating organising an extra friendly to be played at Milanello before the return of Serie A football in January, a report claims.
As has been reported by Tuttosport (via Milan News), the Rossoneri feel that additional preparation may be needed for the team before they have to play competitive games again.
Milan are still to play PSV Eindhoven in the Netherlands at the end of December, but they may schedule another friendly to be played at Milanello, as was done earlier in the month when the team faced Lumezzane.
The Rossoneri suffered defeat against both Arsenal and Liverpool in the Dubai Super Cup, although they did beat the latter in a penalty shootout after the 90-minute match.
It is not yet clear who the opponent would be, but if the game is to be played at Milanello, it will most likely be a Serie C side who do not have to travel far.
