Official: AC Milan announce SENEC as Official Storage and Photovoltaic System Partner

AC Milan have announced a new partnership with SENEC, who are an international leader in the development and production of intelligent energy storage systems.

As confirmed on the official website, the partnership will be ‘launched in the name of sustainability and innovation’ and sees SENEC become the Club’s new Official Storage and Photovoltaic System Partner.

A GSE statistical report published in March 2022, almost one million renewable electricity production systems had been installed in Italy by the end of 2020, covering 41.7% of the country’s overall production.

SENEC were founded in Leipzig in 2009 and have sold over 80,000 storage systems. They are part of the EnBW Group, one of the main energy utilities in Germany, with 5.5m customers, it started operating in Italy in 2016.

“Our new partnership with SENEC is only the latest demonstration that this Club is committed to sustainability and innovation,” said Casper Stylsvig, AC Milan Chief Revenue Officer. “These themes are essential if we’re to contribute to changing the world of football to build on the positive values of sport. The Club also hopes to reinforce its commitment to the younger generations, both on and off the pitch.”
