Milan set sights on signing of Dane once again but Chelsea ask for €30million – report

AC Milan are back in the hunt to land Chelsea defender Andreas Christensen this summer, a report claims, but he has a hefty price tag.

There seems to be a deal of uncertainty regarding the Rossoneri’s rearguard going into next season, with doubts over the futures of Simon Kjaer, Mateo Musacchio and even now captain Alessio Romagnoli.

As a result, a number of different outlets have suggested over the past few days that Milan are in the market for a new centre-back as they hope to find a partner for Romagnoli.

According to the latest from Tuttosport (via MilanNews), Chelsea centre-back Andreas Christensen is on Milan’s list for the summer window.

The Danish defender was the subject of an attempt in January before the club chose to focus on his compatriot Simon Kjaer, but the 23-year-old has seemingly never left the viewfinder and could come back into fashion again.

The paper reports that there is an obstacle however, as the Premier League side are asking for a minimum of €30million to part with the former Borussia Monchengladbach loanee.
