AC Milan will be among the three Serie A clubs that will spend the most on transfers this summer, according to Luca Bianchin.
Speaking in a video on La Gazzetta dello Sport, the journalist confirms that Milan plan to invest in the squad despite missing out on at least €70m from not having any Champions League football.

The variable in the Rossoneri’s favour is the sales of players that are not deemed part of the plans. Alvaro Morata, Samuel Chukwueze, Noah Okafor, Yunus Musah and Malick Thiaw are all expected to be sold.
How the money will be spent
In terms of targets, Giovanni Leoni is the first choice for the centre-back department if Thiaw is sold, but his current asking price is €35m which will make signing the Parma talent hard.

At left-back the main name remains Oleksandr Zinchenko of Arsenal, with Honest Ahanor seemingly heading for Atalanta. Guela Doue is an option for the right-back position.
The directors have already made it clear that they wish to spend on a striker to compete with Santiago Gimenez, and a large part of the budget could be allocated to that particular role.
Finally, after Luka Modric and Samuele Ricci are made official there will be one more midfield signing. An offer of €20m was sent for Valencia’s Javi Guerra, while a €30m bid was submitted for Club Brugge’s Ardon Jashari.

Nvm that Arsenal defender, dude is a walking injury
Leoni for Thiaw
Jashari and deCuyper would be amazing signings. (55M for both and maybe 5-10% resale should do it)
afterwards:
Dodo/Vanderson/Wesley are all good options for RB
Chiesa makes perfect sense, if his wages are under control and we get the initial loan + option method
ST can be whoever, with the other 5 signings the team will finally see some balance!
If the boy is such a potential, why don’t they for once play it out like gentleman and pay up? You never hear about Real, Bayern, Man U etc etc transfer sagas. You either do business or you don’t. Same story every f…ing summer.
And before responding in comments, please have in mind that we are talking about 30 to 40 million, not 80 or 90. They are still dealing in 2010 prices, sh.. is more expensive today, grow the ef up
Real Madrid fought for Mbappe for 2 years and even when he was available on a free transfer, it took weeks for the deal to be completed. It took a month for Liverpool to sign Wirtz. Deals take time.
For RB you should have bought Kayode in January
Maignan
Dodo leoni pavlovic decuyper
Jashari fofana Ricci
Pulicic vlahovic leao
Nice formation, but Ricci would be in the middle.
Plus, I would prefer Gimenez over Vlahovic.
Lucca should be the one to get.
Osimhen is the dream anyway.
I would rather xhaka to start instead of rici need some experience in midfield
I’d rather see them sell Tomori and keep Thiaw.
