Record: Milan eyeing Porto’s Taremi but unwilling to meet asking price

By Mitchell Wilks -

Milan are keen on Porto’s Mehdi Taremi but will not entertain their current valuation, according to a report.

With refreshing the attacking roster a key goal in the coming transfer window, Milan are reportedly ready to bring in more than one centre forward, if funds allow.

Portuguese outfit record.pt (via MilanNews) report that the Rossoneri are eyeing up Taremi from Porto, but management consider the current €20m price tag too expensive.

It was reported last week that Milan had made contact over a move for Taremi, where another meeting was expected. The price tag does not appear to have come down as of yet, however, making a deal feel some distance away for now.

Taremi has impressed for Porto, racking up 14 goals and 12 assists from 24 league games so far this season. And at 29, the Iranian is heading towards his peak years, which would potentially bolster the Rossoneri’s attacking options tremendously.

  1. The only thing I remember this guy doing against Milan is missing chances and falling over and bundling Bennacer over at the same time when they scored. He’s not Milan material

    1. Yes they never know! You know! And someone who is the first player in the world that score more 100 international goal, is Ali Daei. And 2nd one is CR7. And there isn’t three one. And I’m wonder how someone never knew play football, could do that! Just you knew that!
