AC Milan’s transfer plans have been dealt a blow as Chelsea striker Armando Broja could be missing for a long time with a knee injury.
Calciomercato.com report that the Milan target Broja could be out of action for a while after he went off in the 19th minute of Chelsea’s friendly defeat against Aston Villa today that was played in Abu Dhabi.
The Albanian was carried off on a stretcher as he screamed in tears of pain. The 21-year-old appeared to get caught awkwardly in a duel with the opposing defender Konsa, and while waiting for the full diagnosis it could be that Milan’s search for a striker has to turn elsewhere.
