CorSera: Milan targeting more than one Tottenham youngster this summer

By Euan Burns -

AC Milan are working on a deal for more Tottenham Hotspur youngsters than just Japhet Tanganga, a report claims.

As has been reported by Corriere della Sera today (via Milan News), the Rossoneri are interested in trying to bring Tottenham midfielder Pape Matar Sarr to the club as well as the defender Tanganga.

Sarr joined Tottenham from French side Metz in 2021 and was then loaned back to his original side last season.

The 19-year-old could now be on the move again but it is not clear if the Premier League side would only let him leave on a loan deal or a permanent deal.

Standing at 6ft 1″, the Senegalese is an imposing presence in the centre of the pitch. he could prove to be a much cheaper rotation option if Milan are not able to sign Renato Sanches from Lille who is still the primary midfield target.

The deal for Tanganga certainly seems like it is the priority.
