AC Milan are fighting hard to win the Scudetto, and their 1-0 win against Sampdoria at San Siro this afternoon proves it, according to a report.
MilanNews writes that the victory against Sampdoria – which looks narrow only in the scoreline because the Rossoneri controlled the game for almost every minute – has given the Rossoneri a week at the top of the standings. Inter have one point and one game less, while Napoli are two points behind.
The target now is to wrestle the Scudetto shield from the Nerazzurri who are moving on three fronts (league, Champions League and cup) while Milan had to battle against Samp, but they did what had to be done in order to ensure they overtook their rivals.
The road was immediately downhill thanks to the Maignan-Leao combination and, despite many missed chances, three fundamental arrived. Milan are right up there and can make the dreams of millions of fans come true.
