The defeat suffered in the derby against Inter last week is only a memory as the Milan Women got themselves back to winning ways with a fantastic 4-3 win over Juventus in which the final score does not really tell the full story.
The Rossonere went in at the break 3-1 up thanks to a brace from Asllani and a goal from Piemonte, and then Mesjasz made it 4-1 in the second half to really put the game to bed.
Bonfantini got her name on the scoresheet for the away side with a brace from Girelli making it a nervy finish as they trimmed the deficit to one, but in the end Maurizio Ganz’s side hung on for a crucial win that puts them four points behind Inter in first.
