ML: Lazio vs. Milan probable XIs – Ibrahimovic set to start; Paqueta and Saelemaekers in

Alexis Saelemaekers is set to be given another chance to prove himself in Saturday’s crucial clash against Lazio at the Stadio Olimpico.

According to MilanLive, Pioli will stick with a 4-2-3-1 system with Gianluigi Donnarumma in goal, Andrea Conti on the right side of defence, Simon Kjaer and Alessio Romagnoli in the centre and Theo Hernandez on the left.

In the midfield it will be Frank Kessie and Ismael Bennacer again, with Alexis Saelemaekers ahead on the right in place of the injured Samuel Castillejo.

Lucas Paquaetá will be trequartista with Hakan Calhanoglu on the left, while in attack Zlatan Ibrahimovic is the favourite to start over Ante Rebic, who would start on the bench.

Probable Milan XI (4-2-3-1): Donnarumma; Conti, Kjaer, Romagnoli, Theo Hernandez; Kessie, Bennacer; Saelemaekers, Paquaetá, Calhanoglu; Ibrahimovic.

Lazio will respond with a 3-4-1-1 with Thomas Strakosha between the posts, and a three-man defence of Patric, Francesco Acerbi and Stefan Radu.

In the midfield Manuel Lazzari and Jony will act as the wing-backs, with Marco Parolo and Sergej Milinkovic-Savic in the middle and Danilo Cataldi in the control room. In attack, Luis Alberto will be behind Joaquin Correa, as Felipe Caicedo and Ciro Immobile are banned.
