ML: Milan could lose six players before end of season due to latest FIFA indication

AC Milan look set to face a big dilemma in the upcoming weeks, a report claims, with FIFA having made an indication regarding players’ contract situations.

As MilanLive notes, in Europe deals expire on June 30th and until a few days ago the idea was to extend the agreements until the actual end of the season after it resumes once the COVID-19 emergency is over, but from FIFA comes the indication that they will not be renewed automatically.

Stefano Pioli’s team have several players who are set to depart on June 30th as things stand: namely Simon Kjaer, Alexis Saelemaekers, Asmir Begovic and Zlatan Ibrahimovic who joined in January, plus Lucas Biglia and Jack Bonaventura whose deals will expire.

Ricardo Rodriguez and Pepe Reina would return along with a number of Primavera players currently out on loan, which could actually spell good news for Tommaso Pobega, who is doing well with at Pordenone.
