MN: Chelsea outcast gives ok to Milan move as pursuit of €25m Schalke star is difficult

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan appear to be more likely to seal a move for Antonio Rudiger of Chelsea than Ozan Kabak of Schalke before the window shuts.

Going into deadline day, Milan know they need a centre-back before the window closes at 20:00 CEST given that they currently have only two healthy players in that particular department.

Rumours are swirling, and MilanNews have provided the latest updates on Milan’s hunt for a central defender. They report that the track leading to Kabak remains rather complicated due to the high economic demands of Schalke 04 (€25m).

The one leading to Chelsea’s Rudiger appears to be more viable, but for now there is no agreement on the amount of the loan as it would be a paid loan. However, the German international has already given the green light to join Milan, which means the Rossoneri could beat reported interest from Spurs to land him.
