AC Milan could be set for somewhat of a revolution in the striker role this summer because the plan is to make two signings, according to a report.
MilanNews report that the pursuit of Alvaro Morata is heating up more and more, and that the start of next week that could be decisive in terms of sealing his arrival from Atletico Madrid, as we also reported yesterday.
However, the Spaniard may not be the only striker that the management could focus on this summer, given that yesterday evening the name of Niclas Fullkrug of Borussia Dortmund emerged as an option, first reported by Sky.
The German ‘represents an opportunity that Milan intends to exploit’, because Geoffrey Moncada and his team intend to focus on bringing the former Werder Bremen man to San Siro if there are the margins to do so.
There has also been talk of Tammy Abraham arriving in addition to Morata, but despite the Englishman being a profile that the management like, at the moment he is not a priority.
This is mostly because it seems almost certain that Roma would only sell him permanently rather than agreeing to a loan formula of some kind which Milan would prefer.
