MN: Milan’s probable XI for Parma clash – 10 changes expected from win over Sparta

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan will be looking to consolidate their position atop the Serie A standings with a win over Parma on Sunday night.

According to MilanNews, head coach Stefano Pioli will be without two key senior players in Simon Kjaer and Zlatan Ibrahimovic, but he will bring back a number of players who were rested during Thursday’s win in Prague.

Gianluigi Donnarumma will be back in goal, and in front of him will be Davide Calabria, Matteo Gabbia, Alessio Romagnoli and Theo Hernandez.

Ismael Bennacer will come back into the XI too as the Algerian rested for a whole week to get ready for this fixture. Next to him will be the irreplaceable Franck Kessie.

Behind the centre-forward Ante Rebic will be Samu Castillejo on the right, Brahim Diaz in the middle and Hakan Calhanoglu on the left. Alexis Saelemaekers is out, as the Belgian is not yet in top form.

AC Milan (4-2-3-1): G. Donnarumma; Calabria, Gabbia, Romagnoli, Theo Hernandez; Kessie, Bennacer; Castillejo, Diaz, Calhanoglu; Rebic.
