MN: Probable Milan XI to face Spezia – Rebic to the bench despite brace; new chance for Dalot

By Oliver Fisher -

Rafael Leao is likely to get the nod over Ante Rebic on the left wing for tomorrow’s game against Spezia, a report claims.

Milan head to La Spezia knowing that a win would see them keep top spot ahead of the following weekend’s derby against Inter, and he will have an almost fully-fit squad.

As MilanNews writes, head coach Stefano Pioli will have to do without the suspended Davide Calabria and the injured duo of Brahim Diaz and Daniel Maldini for the trip to Liguria.

In place of the Italian right-back will be Diogo Dalot, with the rest of the defence in front of Gianluigi Donnarumma composed of Fikayo Tomori, alessio Romagnoli and Theo Hernandez.

Ismael Bennacer is set to return to the midfield double pivot alongside Franck Kessie, while from right to left the forwards will be Alexis Saelemakers, Hakan Calhanoglu and Leao behind Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Probable Milan XI (4-2-3-1): G. Donnarumma; Dalot, Tomori, Romagnoli, Hernandez; Bennacer, Kessie; Saelemaekers, Calhanoglu, Leao; Ibrahimovic.
