MN: Romagnoli training daily to recover from injury – a sign of maturity and professionalism

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan captain Alessio Romagnoli has been training in the gym in his hometown to get ready for the new season, a report claims.

Romagnoli missed the last portion of the season as he sustained a calf problem, which gave youngster Matteo Gabbia a chance to step up and fill the void.

According to MilanNews, Romagnoli wants to be ready for when the squad reconvenes on Monday August 24 despite the short off-season which he has had to recover.

In fact, according to what the outlet have apparently gathered, the 25-year-old is training every day (after a few days by the sea on vacation) in the gym in Anzio, his hometown.

The No.13 therefore did not want to pass up the chance to do some extra work and ensure he return to Milanello next week in the best possible physical shape, a sign of maturity and professionalism from the club captain.
