Monaco have confirmed the signing of Benfica midfielder and long-time AC Milan target Florentino Luis on a dry loan deal.
Florentino Luis is a name that has not gone away since January as the Rossoneri have been in the market for a defensive midfield to add depth to the current department, and links have intensified further over the summer.
However, it then became apparent that Monaco had launched a move and now they have confirmed the signing of the 21-year-old on a season-long dry loan, with no option to buy.
