Milan will face Newcastle in the Champions League on Tuesday evening and will thus need to bounce back from the derby defeat against Inter. It won’t be an easy task, but starting the Champions League adventure on a good note is crucial.
As highlighted by our colleagues at SempreMilan.it, not just CEO Furlani was present at Milanello today but also the chief scout Geoffrey Moncada. However, the duo wasn’t there to have a summit with Pioli but instead, they wanted to show their support.
Pioli will have a press conference tomorrow at 14:00 and given the outcome of the derby, some interesting questions will probably be asked. In any case, Milan must turn the page and focus on the Newcastle game.
