AC Milan are continuously on the lookout for young talent and they have a number of names in their viewfinder ahead of the Toulon Tournament, a report claims.
Directors Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara would like to give Stefano Pioli some top players for the attacking department, but they also cannot forget the signings they made like Pierre Kalulu and Rafael Leao that developed into being crucial pieces of the project despite not being well-known.
According to Tuttosport (via MilanNews), chief scout Geoffrey Moncada is in Lyon to attend a youth tournament in which 12 U20 national teams are involved, including France, Argentina, Colombia and Mexico. In particular, the most interesting players play in the French team led by Bernard Diomède, who won the World Cup in 1998.
Among the most interesting profiles is Maxime Esteve of Montpellier, who already been followed for some time by the Rossoneri. Then there is striker Sekou Mara of Bordeaux plus the midfield duo Maghnes Akliouche of Monaco and Adil Aouchiche of the just relegated Saint-Etienne.
As for the other national teams, the Mexican centre-back Víctor Guzman of Tijuana and the Colombian attacking midfielder Alexis Castillo Manyoma of Cortuluá that have ended up in Moncada’s notebook.
This scout will turn us to French Milan
np. unless we have good players. he has been instrumental where we are today. + italian young talent is unnecessarily costly. we just fulfill italian req and get french talents we can sell them for good profit or make them first team and play better. this is not italian fc.
