Yunus Musah believes that Massimiliano Allegri will help the AC Milan players in the season ahead, after a difficult 2024-25.
The decision was taken to hit the reset button after the last campaign, one which saw the Rossoneri finish eighth in the league, lose the Coppa Italia final to Bologna and get dumped out of the Champions League by Feyenoord. Allegri was the man chosen to lead the rebuild, with Igli Tare.

Milan officially began their preseason campaign and their Far East tour on Wednesday afternoon, losing 1-0 to last season’s Premier League runners-up Arsenal. Bukayo Saka got the only goal and the Gunners dominated, but it is perhaps to be expected.
‘Learning new ideas’
Musah spoke to the media after the full-time whistle at the Singapore National Stadium to give his thoughts on the game and the season ahead, with his comments relayed by MilanNews.
How did the game go?
“We played very well in the first half, we were solid and didn’t concede any goals. Then, in the second half, Arsenal changed things and we had more difficulty getting out with the ball.
“We’re very happy with this new staff. We’re training well, but we’re also learning new ideas. There’s a lot to learn from this, and I hope we can do well.”
What are your thoughts on Allegri so far?
“He’s a great coach, but also a great person. He helps us both on and off the pitch. I’m sure he’ll help us a lot this year.”
for the love of god let Conte have him, he is least of our problems in their squad… Buekema – Boungiorno duo with DiLorenzo on the right is a hella defense… midfield got even stronger with KDB and with Ndoye and Lang on flanks, I think we all know who will win next year…

Musah is a liability, it’s scary when he gets the ball in Milan’s own half, very erratic and inconsistent.
We played very well??? Musah is not only a very lousy footballer, but also delusional.
Just highlights his lack of footballing IQ.
I was there. Musah lost 50 pct of the ball. He definitely not our starter. Thx God we have ricci. First half is better because of him. That guy surely can hold ball and rhytm. Learning from modric would be better. We just lack of finisher from midfield. Rlc play well but not a finisher like reijnders. Leao need to learn to play with other players beside theo. There are times when puli and saelamakers was wide open and he want to be maradona. He might can. but his timing and finishing is no near any decent striker we ever have.
And for anyone who thinks leao can shoot. I was there watching the pre match training. Leao shott 4 times only one on target and directly to the keeper. Puli only miss one. The others? Only 50 pct on target. Smh.
