Club Brugge winger Noa Lang has denied that he has an agreement in place with AC Milan over personal terms as speculation about his future continues to swirl.
The name of Noa Lang is being continuously linked with Milan at the moment and there are some sources reporting that a deal is lined up and is just waiting for the final steps before being completed, but now a denial has arrived from the player himself.
MilanNews reported yesterday that Milan have an agreement with the winger over personal terms and could seal the operation for €22m but are looking for a discount on that amount. For his part, the player also seems to have a very strong personality as shown in various interviews, including one in which he mentioned Milan.
The Dutchman spoke to the newspaper nu.nl and commented on the rumours that speak of an agreement with the Rossoneri.
“I have no agreement with Milan or others. I don’t know where this news comes from,” he said (via MilanNews).
“The agreement with Brugge is that an offer must arrive, on this both parties agree. I want to continue growing and therefore I have to take a step. If I have to stay at Brugge, I will do it with all my love. I love the club and I will always give 100%.”
At the end of the year is the World Cup in Qatar and Lang wants to be part of the Netherlands squad who will participate.
“If I’m afraid of making a wrong choice? I’m not afraid of this, I have to keep growing. If I go to a club. older, I will probably become a better player. I only see benefits in view of the World Cup,” he said.
