GdS: Lang left hoping Milan make move after burning bridges with Club Brugge

By Oliver Fisher -

Noa Lang appears to have burned his bridges with Club Brugge who are now looking to sell him, but his future remains uncertain amid Milan links.

Speaking during an interview with Het Laatse Nieuws in Belgium last week, Lang did not hold back when revealing his thoughts on the impact that he has had on the Belgian Jupiler Pro League during his time at Club Brugge.

“I’ve been heating up Belgian football. I’m telling you: when I’m gone, Belgium will miss me. Because I gave colour to your football. Next season you will be crying for a Noa Lang in the Jupiler Pro League again,” he said.

The player made it clear that whilst he does not have an agreement with Milan at the moment but did not deny that the club are keen on signing him.

“I can’t deny that Milan are interested in signing me but it’s not that I have a personal agreement with them.”

This morning’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews) reports that while Brugge are looking to hang on to Charles De Ketelaere unless big offers come in, Lang’s fate is already written and he will leave the club this summer.

The young forward wants to leave and the Belgian club will not stop him, instead inviting offers for the Dutchman. Where he will play is not yet known, but the paper claims that Lang continues to hope that Milan will sign him.

  1. Some days ago some people here were applauding his cocky attitude as sheer will and determination 🤣😂🤣… Where’s M & M when you need them?? They’ve left the poor boy to lick his wounds… Only time will tell if this is going to be another Romain Faivre story.

  2. Keep complaining about his attitude, if the boy eventually comes to Milan, he will become a monster and you’ll eat your word and be forced to like him… ❤️🖤
