AC Milan have completed the signing of Thomas Charles Galletti on loan from Piacenza, the Serie A website has confirmed.
Not much can be found about Galletti other than the fact he is 16 years of age, and given the way deals are generally structured with players this young it is highly likely that the teenager is on a trial period of sorts, before it is decided whether he will join the Primavera permanently.
