Official: Dates and times for Milan’s games against Lecce and Roma confirmed

By Oliver Fisher -

Lega Serie A have officially confirmed the dates for AC Milan’s games against Lecce and Roma in matchdays 27 and 28.

The league schedule has been thrown into chaos due to the recent coronavirus outbreak which has hit parts of Italy hard, especially the north of Italy and regions such as Lombardia, of which Milano is the capital.

Five games last weekend were postponed including the Rossoneri’s clash with Genoa at San Siro, but this will now be played behind closed doors this Sunday at 15:00 CET.

That means though that Monday’s scheduled trip to Lecce cannot take place, and the league have now confirmed the information regarding the realignment of the fixtures.

The visit to Lecce is now scheduled for Sunday 15 March at 12:30, while Fonseca’s Giallorossi come to San Siro on 22 March 2020 at 18:00, the club’s official website reports.
