AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli has given the nod to Rafael Leao as the Portuguese starlet will start the derby against Inter.
Head coach Pioli will be without Ante Rebic who has not recovered from his elbow dislocation, while Mateo Musacchio is also continuing his recovery from surgery.

Leo Duarte has Coronavirus and it was confirmed that Matteo Gabbia also tested positive while away with the Italy U21 squad, but Zlatan Ibrahimovic has shaken it off and is fit to play, as is Alessio Romagnoli after a muscle problem which kept him out of the latter part of last season.
As a result, he has picked a back four of Calabria, Kjaer, Romagnoli and Theo Hernandez with Bennacer and Kessie ahead. Leao is on the left, Saelemaekers on the right and Calhanoglu in behind Ibrahimovic.
