AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli has made three changes to his starting line-up to face Lazio compared to the team that lost to Sassuolo on Wednesday.
Theo Hernandez has got the nod to start over Diogo Dalot, with Simon Kjaer and Fikayo Tomori the centre-back pairing and Davide Calabria at right-back in front of Gianluigi Donnarumma in goal.
Ismael Bennacer and Franck Kessie will be tasked with shutting down the creative elements of the Biancoceleste midfield and in particular Sergej Milinkovic-Savic. In attack, Mario Mandzukic is preferred over Rafael Leao with Hakan Calhanoglu as the No.10 plus Ante Rebic and Alexis Saelemaekers on the left and right respectively.
