Official: Pioli names 21-man squad for Juventus match – Kjaer back; Tonin, Soncin included

By Oliver Fisher -

After finishing training at Milanello on Tuesday, Stefano Pioli named his 21-man squad for the return leg of the Coppa Italia semi-final.

The Rossoneri travel to Turin to face Juventus with it all to do after Cristiano Ronaldo’s late equaliser in the first leg at San Siro. It means that Milan know they must score at least once, with a number of selection issues for Pioli to deal with.

The boss is already having to deal with the absences of Theo Hernandez, Samu Castillejo and Zlatan Ibrahimovic due to suspension, while it has been confirmed that Gianluigi Donnarumma will not be risked as he continues to recover from the ankle injury he sustained against Fiorentina.

Below are the 21 players called up for the game at the Allianz Stadium, as per the club’s official website

GOALKEEPERS
Begović, A. Donnarumma, Soncin.

DEFENDERS
Calabria, Conti, Gabbia, Kjaer, Laxalt, Musacchio, Romagnoli.

MIDFIELDERS
Bennacer, Bonaventura, Brescianini, Çalhanoğlu, Kessie, Paquetá, Saelemaekers.

FORWARDS
Leão, Maldini, Rebić, Tonin.
