AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli has made four changes to his starting line-up to face Porto compared to the one that beat Hellas Verona 3-2 at the weekend.
Having lost their first two group stage games against Liverpool and Atletico Madrid, the Rossoneri know that three points is virtually a necessity tonight at the Estadio do Dragao against Porto, who are on one point after two games.
Ciprian Tatarusanu will be in goal, protected by a back four consisting of Davide Calabria, Simon Kjaer, Fikayo Tomori and Fode Ballo-Toure from right to left. Ismael Bennacer and Sandro Tonali will start in the midfield with Kessie suspended.
Alexis Saelemaekers, Rade Krunic and Rafael Leao will play behind the centre-forward Olivier Giroud again with Zlatan Ibrahimovic starting from the bench, while Tiemoue Bakayoko returns.
Porto boss Sergio Conceicao will also use a 4-4-2 with Diogo Costa in goal and a back four of Joao Mario, Pepe, Mbemba and Evanilson ahead of him. Uribe and Sergio Oliveira should be in the midfield with Otavio and Luis Diaz out wide, then Taremi and Wendell up front.
