Official: Red Star vs. Milan starting XIs – seven changes from Spezia as Pioli rotates

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan boss Stefano Pioli has opted to make seven changes to his starting XI from the Spezia defeat for tonight’s game against Red Star.

Gianluigi Donnarumma gets the nod to start in goal with Pierre Kalulu, Fikayo Tomori, Alessio Romagnoli and Theo Hernandez as the back four from right to left, meaning Dalot and Kjaer have been left out.

Soualiho Meite and Ismael Bennacer will be the double pivot, with Samu Castillejo, Rade Krunic and Ante Rebic behind Mario Mandzukic, allowing Ibrahimovic, Calhanoglu, Saelamaekers, Leao, Kessie, Calabria and Kjaer some much-needed rest before the derby.
