Official: Udinese vs. Milan starting XIs – Leao and Kessie regain their spot

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan boss Stefano Pioli has made a number of changes to his starting XI from the side that beat Sparta Praha on Thursday night.

After the rotation in the Europa League, Hakan Calhanoglu, Franck Kessie and Theo Hernandez will play from the first minute. Ante Rebic and Jens Petter Hauge are back but will be on the bench, with Rafael Leao set to start on the left-wing.

On the right, Alexis Saelemaekers is back in place of Samu Castillejo, who hasn’t been called up due to a minor muscle issue.

Donnarumma will be back in goal as he has tested negative for COVID-19, just like Hauge. This, of course, means that Ciprian Tatarusanu will be demoted to the bench. Down below is the full starting eleven…

Official Milan XI (4-2-3-1): Donnarumma; Calabria, Kjaer, Romagnoli, Theo Hernandez; Kessie, Bennacer; Saelemaekers, Calhanoglu, Leão, Ibrahimovic.

Official Udinese XI (4-3-3): Musso; Stryger Larsen, De Maio, Bonifazi, Ouwejan; De Paul, Arslan, Pereyra; Lasagna, Okaka, Deulofeu.
