AC Milan returned to winning ways on Wednesday night as they beat Venezia at San Siro thanks to goals from Brahim Diaz and Theo Hernandez.

The Rossoneri found a Venezia side who were well drilled, determined and organised. However, the goal that unlocked the game came after an hour of play and things came full circle for Brahim Diaz, who had missed a big chance but then scored the opener. Theo killed it late on with a precise strike, as Milan temporarily go joint-top.
